How to configure a Millenerpoort rug
At Millenerpoort you can configure your new rug entirely to match your own taste. You can choose the material, shape, colors and pile height yourself.
Material, pile height and composition
When you order a Millenerpoort rug, you often first choose the composition of the threads used in it. Each rug we make is made out of an innumerable amount of threads. In order to conveniently incorporate these threads into the rug, we use piles: a combination of threads that we put together and simultaneously weave into the rug. In this way, we place not one, but up to 16 threads at a time. The composition of such piles, the thickness and material used per thread, is what we call "the quality" and forms the base of your new rug.

Color
Each of our rugs can be fully configured to match your color preferences. You do this by choosing one or more colors from our 85+ color palette. Choose multiple of our base colors and your rug will feature a beautiful blend. Want even more color? Add a Spectra color gradient to create a gradual change in color.

Size and shape
Each Millenerpoort rug can be adjusted in shape and size. In addition to the common round, square and rectangular rug shapes, we also offer eight predefined custom shapes. These shapes give our rugs a dynamic look that will fit well into any interior. All shapes can be adjusted in size, so you can customize your rug completely to measure the dimensions of your room.
